Homeowners who reach out to Redreal Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Redreal Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
